Manon Biesta, is a top Executive with Essanté Organics in Holland. She is 37 years young, happily married to her husband Rudd, and loves spending quality time with her 2 children, ages 5 and 22 months. And yes, she still has time to build her Essanté Organics customer base and entrepreneurial team.
Manon began her career by working with the Yellow Pages in Holland. From there she matured to B to B sales and advertising with Coca Cola and Heineken.
In 2013, Manon was ready to branch out into personal entrepreneurship. She quit her job and opened her own beauty salon. Through her salon clientele she was introduced to the direct sales industry. She fell in love with the industry and rocketed to success, becoming a top producer and winner of many lucrative incentives, which allowed her the freedom to travel.
